Scorebuilders will ship orders within one to two business days after receipt of the order. Tracking information for each order will be sent via email once the order has been processed and shipped.
Scorebuilders primarily ships Media Mail via the US Postal Service but will also ship through UPS in certain contract circumstances. On our shipping page within the order process, you will again find all methods of shipping noted along with associated cost of each.
The shipping cost is for shipping a single product to the customer. For multiple product orders, the customer should call our office for revised shipping fees.
All standard shipping fees apply to orders placed and shipped within the United States. Standard delivery is the most popular method of shipping and costs $7. Scorebuilders ships via media mail through the US Postal Service. This service takes approximately 5-10 business days in transit.
Priority shipping is $17 and ships via Priority mail through the US Postal Service. This service takes approximately 2-4 business days in transit but is not a guaranteed service.
Expedited shipping is offered at $60 and ships through the US Postal Service. This is a guaranteed service of 1-2 business days in transit.
International shipping for all countries (with the exception of Canada) is offered at $75 and ships through Priority Mail International service through the US Postal Service. This service takes approximately 10-14 business days in transit and Scorebuilders has no control over any country's customs process. The customer is responsible for all additional import taxes upon delivery.
Shipping to Canada is $48 and ships via Priority Mail International service through the US Postal Service. This service takes approximately 6-10 business days in transit and is not a guaranteed service.
Group orders of 10 or more products will receive FREE shipping to a single address. When ordering online, you will receive free shipping once you have ordered a minimum quantity of 10 of a single product. Our free shipping is sent via media mail through the US Postal Service with an estimated 5-10 business days in transit.

Scorebuilders does not typically accept returns due to the nature of our products. If a customer has purchased a product directly through Scorebuilders and has proof of purchase, the return will be approved if the physical product is unopened (shrink wrap intact), in new and unused condition, and the purchase was made within the last 10 days. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping any items back to Scorebuilders. If the return is approved, the customer must return the product at the customer's expense. Upon return, the product will be inspected and if found to be in good condition, the customer will be credited only for the cost of the product. Access codes for digital products that have been registered are not returnable or refundable.
